Our Tutors
All our Tutors are employed full time, and each is an expert in their own field. They are also accredited by the Open Distance Learning Quality Council and undertake the BTEC advanced award in Tutoring Distance Learners.
Our dedicated nationwide Tutoring team is committed to your educational excellence. So you can be sure you will receive the highest quality student support whenever you need it. In Scotland, our Tutor support services are provided by Stow College.
At the start of your course you will be assigned a personal Tutor. Your Tutor is skilled at understanding your questions and will answer in a way which is helpful and easy to understand.

- Get help for general issues, for example suggestions for how best to manage your time
- Contact your Tutor as often as you need via our Virtual Learning Community, by phone, email or freepost.
- No need to spend time and effort travelling to lectures and seminars to access an expert
- You can work through your course in your own time and at your own pace - or ask your Tutor for deadline reminders if you prefer
